Shipping policy
- SHIPPING POLICY All shipments are free. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of purchase, with a tracking number included. Delivery times are as follows: 3-5 business days for the USA, 3-5 business days for the UK, and 5-8 business days for Australia. For other international orders, delivery may take 5-10 business days.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that a $50 return shipping fee will be charged to the customer, except in the case of a defective product, a product that does not match its description, or an error on our part. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Australian customers retain all rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law.
