Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@klariova.com. Once the return is approved, we will send you the return instructions. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
